Naropa University, Colorado, USA
GA
WORKS principals, Tom Valente and Walter Link, are key contributors
in the development of the plan for an alternative campus that will integrate Naropa University’s international onsite programs and their online programs
for both degree and non-degree courses. GA
WORKS implementation support will
include the formation of national and international strategic partnerships.
Walter Link also serves on the Naropa board of trustees.

Integrative Medicine Fund at Albert Einstein Medical School, New York
At the request of the funders for this initiative, GA
WORKS principals
are key advisors in the development of an institute within the medical
school that supports inclusion of integrative medicine in the school’s
curriculum. We are assisting with the development of the vision and its
translation into concrete objectives, with board and staff development,
planning of an educational outreach program, and the overall structure of

Centre for Integrated Healing, Vancouver, Canada
The Centre is one of Canada’s leading integrative cancer treatment
centers and a pilot for the national health system. It required project
planning advice to improve their organization’s governance and
infrastructure, as well as their educational outreach and communication
strategy. The Global Academy also provides advice and organization
consulting to enable the Centre to achieve its latest goal, expansion of its
patient base. GA

Rocky Mountain Institute, Colorado, USA
Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) is one of the world’s leading
environmental and resource institutes that provides advice to the US and
international governments, including the Clinton and Bush White Houses,
Fortune 100 companies, and civil societies around the world. RMI has asked
the Global Academy to partner with it in the development of an educational
academy to provide state of the art educational programs for the corporate
and public sector, as well as civil society and universities. Tom Valente
will be the president of this joint project.
